F&F Restaurant Mt. Lebanon is looking for Dough Cooks to join their team !

You’ll work closely with our Pizza kitchen for dough production to ensure consistent quality and pars are met for service. This role requires a passion for food, a strong work ethic, teamwork, and a positive, can-do attitude, all while upholding company standards.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years kitchen prep or line cook experience
  • Knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations ( ServSafe Certification a Plus)
  • Ability to work well in a stressful and fast-paced environment
  • Basic knife skills with familiarity and comfortability in kitchen
  • Past experience with Dough ( Pizza or Bread a plus!)
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to be a team player
  • Flexible Schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
