About the Experience: Cafe on the Strip is a luxury British high tea served aboard a vintage double-decker bus as it tours the Las Vegas Strip. The Busser is the engine that keeps the whole experience moving — fast, clean, and seamless. In a compact, moving space where every second and every square inch counts, you're the reason service never stalls and the bus is always guest-ready.

What You'll Do

Keep Service Moving (the heart of the role)

  • Clear and reset tables, trays, and service ware quickly and quietly throughout the tour
  • Anticipate the Servers' needs and stay one step ahead — restocking and clearing before you're asked
  • Manage dish, glassware, and tray flow on and off the bus so nothing piles up

Restock & Support

  • Keep teas, water, linens, flatware, and service supplies fully stocked during every tour
  • Run support for Servers so they can stay focused on guests
  • Help stage and re-stage trays and stations between courses

Daily Bus Cleaning

  • Mop all floors (upper and lower decks) at the end of each day
  • Wipe down all tables thoroughly between and after service
  • Wipe down all leather seats and keep them clean and presentable
  • Clean the ceiling and overhead surfaces to keep the full interior spotless
  • Take out all trash and replace liners
  • Wash, dry, and properly store all plates, trays, and service ware
  • Leave the bus fully cleaned, reset, and guest-ready for the next day

Setup & Breakdown

  • Support pre-tour setup: loading, stocking, and staging the bus
  • Lead post-tour breakdown and the full daily cleaning routine above
  • Handle dish and tray washing/return flow efficiently

Cleanliness & Safety

  • Keep the bus spotless during service — quick on spills and tight turnarounds in a moving space
  • Follow all sanitation, food safety, and onboard safety protocols

You're a Great Fit If You…

  • Have prior busser, runner, or back-of-house experience (we'll train the right person)
  • Are fast, organized, and naturally anticipate what the team needs next
  • Stay steady and balanced working on a moving vehicle for a full tour
  • Take genuine pride in a clean, well-run space
  • Are available Thursday–Monday for the noon tour
  • Hold a valid Nevada food handler card (or can obtain one before your first shift)
  • Are dependable, punctual, and team-first

Why Work With Us

  • An entry point into a one-of-a-kind premium Strip experience
  • Tip pool participation
  • A single, predictable daily shift — no late nights
