About the Role

As a Front of House Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our daily floor operations. We are looking for a hospitality-driven leader who loves a vibrant, high-volume environment. In this role, you will champion guest satisfaction, mentor a dynamic team, and help carry this beloved Austin brand into its next exciting era.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Floor: Lead daily shifts with a high-energy presence, ensuring seamless service and an unforgettable guest experience.

  • Inspire the Team: Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling FOH staff, fostering a positive, growth-oriented work environment.

  • Keep Standards High: Maintain top-tier hospitality, food, and beverage execution through hands-on coaching and supervision.

  • Drive the Business: Manage operational financials, including labor cost control, inventory, and overall shift profitability.

  • Bridge the House: Collaborate closely with our culinary team to ensure smooth front- and back-of-house coordination.

What You’ll Bring

  • A Passion for Hospitality: A deep enthusiasm for the restaurant industry and a genuine love for connecting with people.

  • Proven Experience: At least 2 years of management experience in a high-volume, upscale-casual, or boutique restaurant environment.

  • Strong Leadership: A "lead-by-example" mentality with the ability to motivate, mentor, and cultivate high-performing teams.

  • Sharp Communication: The ability to keep guests, staff, and senior leadership effortlessly in sync.

  • English fluency is required; Spanish fluency is a big plus.
