Broad Street Oyster Company is seeking a fast-paced Oyster Shucker to join our San Francisco team. We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a high-volume environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional seafood experiences. Responsibilities include shucking oysters quickly and safely, maintaining product quality and freshness, keeping the raw bar clean and organized, and supporting the kitchen and front-of-house teams during busy service periods. Ideal candidates have previous oyster shucking or seafood experience, strong knife skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while engaging with guests.
