JT's Buffalo is a contemporary Italian fine dining restaurant on Elmwood Avenue the fourth concept from the Local Boys family restaurant group, with over 30 years of excellence in Buffalo. We're looking for a fast, detail-driven Garde Manger to join our kitchen team.

What you'll be doing

• Executing all cold appetizers, salads, crudo, and charcuterie plates to spec on a fast-paced line
• Maintaining impeccable mise en place, stocked, organized, and consistent every shift
• Plating with an eye for detail that reflects the quality of a fine dining kitchen
• Communicating clearly across the line and keeping pace during peak service
• Following all food safety and sanitation standards without exception

What we're looking for

• Experience on a garde manger station in a full-service or fine dining environment
• Speed and composure under pressure, this is a high-volume, quality-driven kitchen
• Exceptional attention to detail in both execution and presentation
• A team-first mentality and professional kitchen attitude
• Knife skills and cold prep fundamentals are a must
