We are seeking friendly, energetic, and reliable Hosts/Runners to join our team at KPOT BBQ & Hot Pot, a dynamic, fast-paced Korean BBQ and hot pot dining experience.

At KPOT, guests cook premium meats, seafood, and vegetables right at their table while enjoying an interactive, social dining atmosphere. As a Host/Runner, you’ll help create a welcoming environment while supporting smooth and efficient restaurant operations. You must be 18 or older to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude upon arrival
• Manage waitlists and seating arrangements efficiently
• Escort guests to tables and provide menus
• Assist servers by delivering food, beverages, and supplies to tables promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, lobby, and service stations
• Reset tables quickly and properly between guests
• Support guest satisfaction by responding to requests and communicating with team members
• Assist with opening and closing side work duties
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management during busy shifts

Requirements

• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Ability to stay active and on your feet for extended periods
• Prior restaurant experience is a plus, but not required

Scheduling & Availability

• Flexible scheduling available (part-time and full-time positions)
• Weekend and evening availability is highly valued
