Bacetti is a Roman-inspired Italian restaurant in Echo Park. We make our pasta in house and use seasonal produce and other high-quality ingredients. We are a busy restaurant open 7 days a week, and we value a professional, collaborative, and positive workplace.

We are currently hiring a hybrid Prep Cook / Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys teamwork, and is passionate about food and culinary standards.

This position combines daytime prep shifts and evening line cook shifts throughout the week. Daytime prep responsibilities include preparing fresh pasta and doughs for pizza and focaccia, breaking down vegetables, making sauces, preparing proteins and desserts, receiving and inspecting orders, and stocking stations prior to service. Some pastry experience is encouraged, as this role includes dessert preparation.

Evening line cook shifts focus on executing dinner service with consistency, urgency, cleanliness, and attention to detail while working closely with the kitchen team during busy service periods.

The prep and line cook team members work closely with our chefs and existing kitchen staff to maintain the quality and standards of the Bacetti kitchen.

We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented candidates with previous restaurant experience who are serious about food, eager to learn and grow, and ready to contribute to a strong and supportive team environment.

Compensation starts at $20/hour depending on experience.
All kitchen staff participate in the house tip pool, and paydays are every Friday.
