Loquat is a small and cozy Jewish bakery in Hayes Valley. Our goal is to source, prepare, and serve the highest quality ingredients and pastries, while honoring and exploring Jewish traditions and Middle Eastern flavors. About the Role

Our bakery specializes in babka and a variety of laminated pastries, as well as finished layered cakes, cookies, scones and teacakes. You will have the opportunity to hone your baking skills in a focused, craft-driven environment, with real room for growth as part of our team.

Shifts: while this role starts on shifts that are 6-2:30am, you may eventually be required to work 2 baking shifts a week once trained that are 4-12:30am.
