VIP Sales Specialist — Drai's Afterhours

Drai's Afterhours, Las Vegas's legendary after-hours destination, is hiring VIP Sales Specialists to drive table reservations, bottle service sales, and high-value guest acquisition.

About Drai's Afterhours Operating on the Strip for over two decades, Drai's Afterhours is the original and most iconic after-hours nightclub in Las Vegas. We host international guests of all kinds, and the city's most discerning nightlife clientele.

The Role You'll be the direct sales engine behind our VIP program — proactively building a book of business, converting inbound inquiries, and managing high-spend guest relationships from first contact through arrival.

Responsibilities

  • Sell bottle service packages and VIP table reservations
  • Build and maintain a personal client book (tourists, locals, industry contacts, hotel concierges)
  • Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, text, and social DMs
  • Coordinate with the floor team on guest arrivals, preferences, and special requests
  • Hit monthly sales targets and contribute to overall venue revenue goals
  • Represent the Drai's brand at industry events, hotel partner meetings, and on-Strip networking opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years in hospitality sales, VIP hosting, bottle service, or high-end restaurant captain/host roles
  • Existing Vegas network strongly preferred (concierge relationships, repeat clientele, industry contacts)
  • Polished communication — written and verbal
  • Comfortable working nightlife hours (late nights, weekends, holidays)
  • Self-driven, competitive, and proactive about prospecting
  • CRM or reservation system experience (Resy, SevenRooms, Tripleseat) a plus

Compensation

  • Base + commission on bottle sales
