Job description:
We are seeking a highly skilled executive chef to lead our culinary team at Carolina Roadhouse Restaurant. The ideal candidate is a passionate leader with a strong background in kitchen management and mentorship.
They will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food quality, presentation and consistency. They must be able to maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation and compliance with health regulations. The chef must also be able to lead, train, and inspire the team to achieve excellence.
The ideal candidate will need to have proven excellence in high- volume full-service restaurants. They will also need expertise in food costing, budgeting and kitchen organization. The ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency is a must.
