This role is for our new Culver City location at Platform.

Broome St. General Store is seeking PT/FT Baristas with specialty coffee experience to be part of our opening team at our NEW Culver City location at Platform. Retail & food prep experience is a plus.

Broome St. General Store is a luxury convenience store inspired by the eponymous Broome St. in Manhattan’s NoLita neighborhood. A full-service café sits within this mini-department store — blending specialty coffee, thoughtful retail, and warm hospitality. If 7-11 and Neiman Marcus had a love child, it might look something like us. We are a family-owned and community-driven business.

Our Culver City location at Platform represents an expansion of our original Silver Lake store, where we’ve served the community for over 14 years.

Shifts available in Silver Lake as well.

What You'll Do:

-Serve expertly crafted coffee with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
-Provide friendly, thoughtful customer service
-Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked café and retail area
-Follow operational procedures and uphold store standards
-Support with opening/closing duties
-Assist in retail receiving and product merchandising
-Contribute to food prep
