Zinqué (zin-kae) is a successful, hip neighborhood restaurant, coffee, wine and craft cocktail bar that started in Venice and now has locations in California and Arizona.
We are looking for experienced baristas / dayttime servers to join our team at our new beautiful location in Venice! This position requires experience in high volume food and beverage operations. Wine knowledge and experience building craft cocktails are required. We are looking for an individual who is fun, passionate about hospitality and building relationships with our guests!
Please only apply if you have relevant work experience and the following attributes:
- A minimum of 1 year experience, preferably in a non-corporate as well as corporate chain restaurant.
- Great knowledge of coffee drinks, foam.
- Latte art a plus
- Possibility to learn about cocktail crafting / mixology
- Passionate about guest service and providing a great experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- A passion for the Hospitality Industry.
- French speaking a plus.
- Must have the ability to comply with and implement all Standard Operating Procedures.
