Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pasta Cook to join our morning production team. This role is focused on the preparation and execution of Cotogna’s housemade pasta program, supporting daily service through disciplined prep, organization, and craftsmanship.

This is an ideal opportunity for a cook who values technique, thrives in a focused kitchen environment, and takes pride in consistency and repetition done well.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and produce fresh pasta doughs and shapes daily
  • Execute prep for sauces, fillings, and accompanying components
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
  • Follow recipes and standards with precision and consistency
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service transitions
  • Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of kitchen experience preferred (pasta or Italian cuisine a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Ability to work efficiently in a structured, fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliable and punctual
Schedule & Compensation
  • Tuesday–Saturday, morning shifts
  • Hourly rate + tips (competitive and based on experience)
