Quince & Co is seeking a Bar Director to lead the cocktail and beverage programs across our growing collection of concepts, including Quince, Cotogna, Verjus, Officina, and future projects.

This role is ideal for a beverage professional with strong leadership skills, a thoughtful approach to hospitality, and experience building elevated cocktail programs within high-level restaurant environments. The Bar Director will oversee beverage development, operational systems, financial performance, training, and execution across all concepts while working closely with ownership and leadership teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing seasonal cocktail and beverage programs
  • Leading training and education for bar and FOH teams
  • Overseeing ordering, inventory, and pour cost management
  • Maintaining consistency and service standards across all locations
  • Collaborating on private events, catering, and future openings
  • Supporting bar design, infrastructure, and concept development

Qualified candidates should have:

  • Significant experience leading cocktail and beverage programs
  • Strong operational and financial acumen
  • A hands-on management style and floor presence
  • A passion for hospitality, mentorship, and guest experience
  • Experience within Michelin-level or luxury hospitality environments preferred
