Quince & Co is seeking a Bar Director to lead the cocktail and beverage programs across our growing collection of concepts, including Quince, Cotogna, Verjus, Officina, and future projects.
This role is ideal for a beverage professional with strong leadership skills, a thoughtful approach to hospitality, and experience building elevated cocktail programs within high-level restaurant environments. The Bar Director will oversee beverage development, operational systems, financial performance, training, and execution across all concepts while working closely with ownership and leadership teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing seasonal cocktail and beverage programs
- Leading training and education for bar and FOH teams
- Overseeing ordering, inventory, and pour cost management
- Maintaining consistency and service standards across all locations
- Collaborating on private events, catering, and future openings
- Supporting bar design, infrastructure, and concept development
Qualified candidates should have:
- Significant experience leading cocktail and beverage programs
- Strong operational and financial acumen
- A hands-on management style and floor presence
- A passion for hospitality, mentorship, and guest experience
- Experience within Michelin-level or luxury hospitality environments preferred
