We are looking for a highly organized, disciplined, and professional Assistant General Manager to manage our FOH and BOH teams. The Assistant General Manager's responsibilities will include leading and overseeing day-to-day operations; assigning and assuring completion of weekly team performance goals; ensuring customers’ needs are being met; assisting back-of-house and front-of-house teams as needed; and accomplishing all duties while adhering to all safety guidelines.

- Assist with overseeing day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion
- Oversee the preparation of safe, delicious food while maintaining a clean, organized restaurant
- Assist in delegating responsibilities to the best employees to perform them while enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training high-performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market share, and business plan objectives
- Assist in resolving internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of those involved
- Correctly manage and assist team in completing opening or closing duties
- Leadership-oriented, or passionate about leadership and team development
- Experience in a hospitality-related management or front-of-the-house is preferred
- Strong decision-making capabilities, and above-average communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
- Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable
- Management and leadership knowledge recommended
- High school diploma or GED; a bachelor's degree is highly recommended but not required
- Efficient at planning and multi-tasking
- Good verbal and written communication
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is recommended, but not required
