As a member of the Support team at Alma, you play a vital role in shaping the rhythm of the dining room. You support our servers, anticipate needs before they arise, and help ensure every guest feels cared for—whether through a perfectly timed water refill, a beautifully delivered dish, or the quiet grace of keeping the room flowing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, takes pride in thoughtful details, and finds joy in teamwork. Key Responsibilities

Crafting the Experience: Support servers in delivering warm, attentive hospitality—ensuring guests feel seen and cared for throughout their meal.

Pacing & Flow: Run food with intention, clear tables gracefully, and help maintain the rhythm of service during busy shifts.

Menu Mastery: Learn Alma’s dishes, ingredients, and dietary accommodations to confidently answer guest questions and support the team.

Dining Room Presence: Keep the space polished, organized, and inviting—resetting tables, refreshing water, and anticipating needs.

Collaboration: Work closely with servers, bartenders, hosts, and the kitchen to create a unified, fluid guest experience.

Operational Excellence: Maintain cleanliness, follow safety and sanitation guidelines, and support side work that keeps the restaurant running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

  • Front of house experience in a fast paced restaurant
  • Strong understanding of steps of service and a desire to grow within them
  • A genuine love of hospitality and supporting a team
  • The “Alma” spirit: reliable, optimistic, calm under pressure, and kind
  • Clear, respectful communication with guests and teammates
  • High stamina for standing and moving throughout shifts; availability on nights and weekends
