Core Functions
Oversee all events and catering business while maintaining relationships with clients.Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Living, breathing and teaching the Episcope culture, its philosophies, and core values
- Living up to our shared belief in excellence
- Assist with managing and accepting TripleSeat direct inquiries
- Ring in deposits via Toast
- Lead & direct onsite conference meetings based on BEO
- Be present for all events and assist with any client needs
- Be the on-site point of contact for both staff & guests
- Communicate directly with sales director for all programming & events
- Work closely with operations team on coordinating & executing the events
- Attend weekly BEO meetings
- Manage follow up correspondence with hosts/planners including a handwritten card
- Maintain good relations with guests to increase repeat business
- Coordinate with maître’d on event scheduling for the day
- Make sure all conference rooms are tidy and prepared before and after scheduled events
- Carry out all catering deliveries based on detailed BEO
- Update & create food descriptions cards for catering & stationed food items

- Excellent food and beverage knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Email and phone professionalism
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications
- Team player within a collaborative environment
- Strong entrepreneurial attitude
- Detail-oriented, strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent multitasking and attention to detail
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
