Our Brooklyn franchise is seeking versatile team members ready to take on multiple roles—cashier, baker, and utility. This is your opportunity to be part of a rich legacy that has blossomed into an international brand supported by a passionate team of more than 1,400 employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, friendly customer service that reflects our Jamaican roots
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced drawer
- Bake and prepare patties and other menu items with quality and consistency
- Keep dining, kitchen, and utility areas clean and organized
- Support inventory and restocking as needed
- Flex between roles to ensure smooth operations
- Work closely with teammates to provide a great guest experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Prior food service experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train you
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus
