This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast‑paced environments, enjoy teamwork, and take pride in creating a clean, organized, and welcoming space.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting servers and bartenders by maintaining a clean, efficient, and well‑organized dining room and bar area.

  • Washing, polishing, and restocking glassware to ensure service stations and the bar remain fully supplied.

  • Assisting with restocking essentials including ice, garnishes, glassware, tools, and product as directed by the bar or service team.

  • Running food from the kitchen to tables with accuracy, care, and attention to presentation standards.

  • Clearing and resetting tables quickly and neatly to maintain smooth service flow.

  • Maintaining cleanliness across the floor: wiping surfaces, organizing service stations, and ensuring guest areas remain tidy.

  • Assisting with water service, delivering condiments, and supporting guest needs as directed by servers.

  • Communicating clearly with servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations.

  • Demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and a strong team‑player attitude.

  • Following our 10/4 Rule — acknowledge guests within 10 feet, greet them within 4 feet.

Setup, Breakdown & Side‑Work Responsibilities
  • Completing all opening duties, including stocking service stations, polishing glassware, preparing water stations, and ensuring the dining room is guest‑ready.

  • Executing assigned side‑work based on role (support, runner, closer), including restocking supplies, organizing tools, and maintaining cleanliness standards.

  • Assisting with mid‑shift tasks such as clearing and resetting tables, refreshing water stations, and ensuring all service tools remain stocked and organized.

  • Completing all closing duties, including breaking down stations, polishing and restocking glassware, wiping and resetting service areas, and preparing the room for the next shift.

  • Following all Renwick Hospitality checklists and side‑work assignments to maintain consistency, efficiency, and operational excellence.

Important Information
  • Minimum of 3 shifts per week, maximum of 5 shifts.

  • Goal: 4 shifts weekly, averaging at least 30 hours, subject to business needs.

  • Flexibility between early breakfast shifts (starting at 6:30 AM) and evening rooftop shifts is required.

  • Clear scheduling expectations may impact hiring decisions.

  • High performers may be offered opportunities to cross‑train or pick up additional shifts within the property as business needs allow.
