We’re looking for skilled, reliable Line Cooks who thrive in fast‑paced environments and take pride in delivering consistent, high‑quality dishes. Position Summary
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and executing menu items to specification while maintaining speed, accuracy, and consistency. This role is essential to keeping the kitchen running smoothly and ensuring guests receive high‑quality dishes every time.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and on time
• Communicate kitchen needs to the Chef or Manager
• Cook and plate all food according to recipe specifications
• Weigh and measure ingredients accurately
• Restock and maintain your station throughout service
• Assist other stations when needed
• Maintain proper food storage and follow FIFO procedures
• Support kitchen cleaning projects as assigned
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with inventory and supply control
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and move at a steady pace for extended periods
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch for cleaning tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfort working around heat, steam, and cleaning chemicals
Skills & Experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast‑paced kitchen
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset
• Excellent time‑management and ability to prioritize
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
