Gelato La Boca is a beloved local gelato shop bringing authentic, handcrafted flavors to Dallas. We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and deliver an exceptional guest experience every day.
The Role
As Store Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, lead a small team, and ensure our store runs smoothly — from opening to close. You’ll be the face of Gelato La Boca, setting the tone for quality, hospitality, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
∙ Manage day-to-day store operations
∙ Hire, train, and schedule staff
∙ Monitor inventory and place orders as needed
∙ Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met
∙ Handle cash management and daily sales reporting
∙ Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly
∙ Meet sales goals and drive team performance
Requirements
∙ 2+ years of experience in retail, food service, or hospitality management
∙ Strong leadership and communication skills
∙ Experience with scheduling, inventory, and basic reporting
∙ Ability to work weekends and holidays
∙ Passion for food and creating great customer experiences
Compensation
$28 – $32 per hour, based on experience
