Line Cook:
- Bring focus, discipline, and teamwork to every shift—dedicated to being a reliable, integral part of the kitchen team.
- Execute precise preparation and cooking by maintaining a thorough understanding of all ingredients, techniques, and menu items.
- Keep assigned stations stocked and organized at all times, ensuring consistent mise en place and a clean workspace.
- Participate seamlessly in a fast-paced, professionally managed service; uphold excellence in timing, presentation, and communication.
- Manage multiple orders calmly under pressure while taking direction efficiently from expediters and culinary leadership.
- Support team success through collaboration, mutual respect, and a commitment to overall kitchen excellence.
- Continuously refine culinary skills with an eagerness to learn, improve, and contribute to a culture of growth.
- Fulfill any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned to ensure smooth kitchen operations and guest satisfaction.
