About the Role:
We’re hiring a Prep Cook with good attention to detail and great technical skills to support our opening team and help build the foundation of our kitchen and for service. This is a great position for someone detail-oriented, organized, and hungry to grow.
Preferred Experience:
- minimum 2-4 years of kitchen/prep experience preferred.
- Solid knife skills and understanding of basic prep procedures.
- Reliable, focused, and clean with strong time management.
- Able to follow recipes and systems with consistency.
- Detailed oriented
Responsibilities:
- Assist with mise en place for daily service and events.
- Wash, peel, slice, dice, portion, and label ingredients as directed.
- Support team in maintaining a clean, efficient and organized kitchen.
- Communicate clearly and stay organized under pressure.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to develop and grow in a focused, respectful kitchen with a lot of heart.
