This is a ground-floor opportunity with a technology startup solving one of the most persistent problems in professional kitchens, recipe management, allergen accuracy, and the administrative burden that falls on operators every single day.
You won't be selling software. You'll be having real conversations with chefs, owners, and managers about problems they already live with. Your job is to open doors, build relationships, and identify operations that are ready for a better way of working.
Your industry experience is your credential. The people you'll be talking to will know immediately that you've been in their shoes — and that changes everything.
What You'll Do
- Identify and approach restaurant operators, chefs, and food service managers in the Central PA region
- Lead discovery conversations using a structured diagnostic framework we provide and train you on
- Qualify prospects and schedule follow-up conversations with the founder
- Attend local industry events and build relationships on behalf of Tullia
- Report field intelligence back to the team — what's resonating, what objections you're hearing, what the market is telling us
- Represent Tullia with energy, authenticity, and genuine industry credibility
