At DESTROYER, we are seeking a hospitality-focused Cashier/POS Specialist to join our team under the guidance of our Chef/Owner and culinary leadership. This role is the heartbeat of our guest flow, requiring a "yes" attitude, technical proficiency, and a sharp eye for detail in a high-energy environment.
The Role

Guest Relations: Be the face of the restaurant; provide a warm, professional welcome while guiding guests through our food, beverage, and pastry offerings.

POS Mastery: Efficiently manage orders, modifications, and payments using the Toast system.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including dietary restrictions and retail items.

Operational Flow: Support the dining room by assisting with beverage service, restocking retail shelves/coolers, and maintaining a pristine guest environment.

Teamwork: Assist with opening/closing duties and collaborate with the back-of-house team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications

Required Experience: 2 years in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Certifications: Current Food Handlers and RBS certificates required.

Skills: Proficient with Toast POS; ability to work with a sense of urgency and a positive attitude.

Physical: Ability to stand up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Flexibility: Available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
