Position Overview

The Cook executes all savory line production and prepares baked goods according to established recipes and standards. This role replaces the standalone Pastry Lead position and supports full food production needs.

What You’ll Do
  • Execute menu items according to recipe and plating standards
  • Prepare and bake pastries per established recipes
  • Maintain station organization and cleanliness
  • Support prep production and par maintenance
  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Assist with receiving and proper product storage
What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ year kitchen experience
  • Weekend availability
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
