Facilities & Maintenance – Restaurant Property

We are seeking a dependable Facilities & Maintenance worker to oversee the upkeep of our restaurant property. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining the building, landscaping, and general facility needs to ensure the property remains clean, safe, and well maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee general maintenance and repairs of the restaurant facility
• Manage landscaping, exterior upkeep, and seasonal property needs
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when needed
• Assist with general labor, repairs, and improvement projects

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in general maintenance or facility management
• Comfortable with basic repairs, landscaping, and upkeep
• Organized, dependable, and proactive
• Able to work independently and prioritize tasks
