About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, service-driven Floor Supervisor / Key Holder to help lead daily operations and uphold our standards of hospitality, efficiency, and professionalism.

This role is ideal for a strong lead server, bartender, or shift lead ready to step into a leadership position. The Floor Supervisor acts as the Manager on Duty when the General Manager is not present and ensures smooth operations during their shift.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Shift Oversight

  • Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the GM

  • Supervise front-of-house service and maintain service standards

  • Support team members during peak service

  • Address and resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently

  • Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately

  • Maintain a calm, solutions-oriented presence during high-volume shifts

Administrative & Operational Duties

  • Submit and process invoices

  • Make timecard adjustments and ensure payroll accuracy

  • Complete End-of-Day (EOD) reports

  • Maintain cash handling accuracy and safe procedures

  • Communicate shift notes and operational updates to the GM

Team & Kitchen Communication

  • Identify and escalate kitchen or staff issues to the GM

  • Maintain professional communication between FOH and BOH

  • Support staff accountability and performance standards

  • Assist with coaching and on-the-floor training as needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of restaurant experience (lead or supervisory experience preferred)

  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations

  • Experience with POS systems and basic administrative tasks

  • Excellent conflict resolution and guest recovery skills

  • Strong communication and organizational abilities

  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
