✨ The Opportunity
As Events Sales Manager, you will own the events pipeline from initial inquiry to flawless execution, working closely with the restaurant’s leadership, culinary team, and operations team to deliver exceptional experiences.
You will help grow the restaurant’s reputation as a go-to Midtown destination for private events, corporate gatherings, and celebrations.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
📩 Event Sales & Business Development
- Manage all private dining and events inquiries (corporate, social, celebrations, buyouts)
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through strong relationship building
- Proactively generate new event opportunities and partnerships
- Maintain and grow relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and concierge networks
- Represent the restaurant at networking events and industry opportunities
🗂️ Event Planning & Coordination
- Guide clients through the entire planning process, from initial inquiry to event day
- Coordinate menus, room layouts, timelines, and special requests
- Ensure clear communication between clients and the restaurant team
- Create detailed event orders and planning documents
🎯 Execution & Guest Experience
- Ensure events run smoothly and exceed guest expectations
- Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to deliver seamless experiences
- Be present for key events when needed to oversee execution
📊 Systems & Organization
- Track leads, bookings, and revenue through event management systems
- Maintain organized event calendars and client communication
- Assist leadership in building a strong and scalable events program

Qualifications include:
- 2–5+ years of experience in restaurant events sales, hospitality sales, or private dining management
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- A natural sales mindset with strong follow-through
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple events and inquiries simultaneously
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Experience with corporate and social events in NYC is highly preferred
💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $75K–$85K
- Commission: 3% on events booked
