Saverne is a wood-fired modern brasserie from Gabriel Kreuther, the celebrated chef of his two-Michelin-starred restaurant in Bryant Park. Opening this winter at The Spiral in Hudson Yards, Saverne highlights live-fire cooking, seasonal ingredients, and refined Alsatian-inspired cuisine in a modern, approachable setting.
We are seeking an experienced AM Line Cooks to join our Back-of-House team. This role is ideal for a disciplined, skilled cook with strong leadership qualities, refined technique, and a deep respect for product. Michelin-starred or fine-dining experience is strongly preferred, along with hands-on butchery skills.
Requirements-
4+ years of professional kitchen experience

Prior experience as a Line Cook/Chef de Partie

Michelin-starred or fine-dining background preferred

Strong butchery skills, including protein breakdown and portioning

Excellent organization, leadership, and communication skills

Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced, open-kitchen environment

Own and execute your station with consistency and precision

Lead mise en place and service execution

Support butchery and protein preparation as needed

Uphold cleanliness, safety, and quality standards

Mentor junior cooks and contribute to a collaborative kitchen culture
