The Role
We’re looking for a driven sales professional to help grow long-term, profitable partnerships across the foodservice industry. You’ll play a key role in expanding our reach - building relationships with chefs, distributors, and foodservice buyers who care about health, sustainability, and culinary performance.
This is a high-impact role; you’ll meet customers face-to-face, manage inbound leads, open new accounts, help existing ones grow, and drive market/customer discovery to help us learn faster. Your work will directly contribute to revenue, retention, and finding product market fit for new products.

This is a remote role that will be primarily focused on New York / Northeast US (to start) and should be based accordingly with high willingness to travel.
Responsibilities- Drive incremental sales, primarily in key markets, through responding to qualified leads, relationship building, and in-person market visits to chefs, distributors and other foodservice buyers.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts, leading high retention and identifying opportunities to expand usages across our portfolio.
- Own relationships with regional distributors, including ridealongs, training, and ongoing support to ensure alignment and performance.
- Develop and execute territory plans that prioritize high-potential accounts and support overall sales goals.
- Identify and share market and customer insights to inform our go-to-market strategy.
- Maintain accurate sales data in CRM.
- 2+ years experience in sales with a proven record of building and maintaining strong relationships in the foodservice industry.
- Knowledge of the foodservice industry, ideally back-of-house.
- Natural ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Experience with CRM tools, ideally Hubspot.
- Organized, tech-savvy and willing to learn and use tools (including AI-powered ones) to optimize how you work.
- Willing to travel up to 60% - working to chefs requires us to be in person.
- Passionate about improving the health of people and the planet. Love of food.
- Bring established connections with stakeholders in the foodservice industry, including distributors, restaurant chains, hospitality groups and institutional buyers. Ability to leverage these relationships to drive sales.

- The estimated pay range for this role is $147,000 to $199,000. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Zero Acre Farms benefits and equity programs.
