A growing, well-established NYC-based restaurant group is seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee day-to-day and strategic operations across a portfolio of full-service restaurants. This role is ideal for a hands-on, people-first operator with a strong background in casual upscale to upscale dining who thrives in fast-paced, high-touch environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operations for approximately 5 full-service restaurant locations with $15–$20M in total annual revenue
  • Partner closely with ownership and culinary leadership to ensure operational excellence, consistency, and guest satisfaction
  • Lead and mentor General Managers and multi-unit leaders, driving accountability, performance, and culture
  • Own and optimize operational systems, SOPs, labor management, and cost controls
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations
  • Analyze financial and operational KPIs to drive profitability and continuous improvement
  • Support new initiatives, openings, and growth projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior multi-unit operations role within a restaurant group
  • Proven experience overseeing multiple full-service restaurants (casual upscale or upscale required)
  • Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience managing labor, food costs, and operational budgets
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills
  • NYC market experience strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits:
