Daily restaurant operations across all departments

POS management and system maintenance

Reservation and reservation platform oversight

Budgets, labor costs, and financial performance optimization

Local marketing and community engagement initiatives

Supplier partnerships, ordering, and inventory control

Team recruitment, training, and performance development

Hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance

Minimum 2+ years of restaurant management experience (fine dining preferred)

Strong financial acumen and cost-control mindset

Leadership that motivates and elevates those around you

Passion for premium guest experiences

Knowledge of wine, sake, or Japanese beverage pairings

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management systems, and POS platforms

Ability to manage cross-functional FOH + BOH collaboration

Poise under pressure in fast-paced service environments

Availability for nights, weekends, and 12+ hour shifts when needed

Full-time | Minimum 50 hours/week
