• Daily restaurant operations across all departments

• POS management and system maintenance

• Reservation and reservation platform oversight

• Budgets, labor costs, and financial performance optimization

• Local marketing and community engagement initiatives

• Supplier partnerships, ordering, and inventory control

• Team recruitment, training, and performance development

• Hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance

• Minimum 2+ years of restaurant management experience (fine dining preferred)

• Strong financial acumen and cost-control mindset

• Leadership that motivates and elevates those around you

• Passion for premium guest experiences

• Knowledge of wine, sake, or Japanese beverage pairings

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management systems, and POS platforms

• Ability to manage cross-functional FOH + BOH collaboration

• Poise under pressure in fast-paced service environments

• Availability for nights, weekends, and 12+ hour shifts when needed

• Full-time | Minimum 50 hours/week

• Exempt, non-tipped | FLSA Status: Exempt
