Affiliated with STARR Restaurants, Electric Lemon is a seasonal American restaurant celebrating the farmers, growers, and artisans of the Mid-Atlantic. With breathtaking views from the 24th floor of the Equinox Hotel, our sleek dining room and al fresco terrace offer a vibrant, day-to-night setting.

We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Busser / Barista to join our team! In this hybrid role, you’ll help keep the dining room running smoothly while also crafting coffee and espresso beverages that delight our guests. If you love working in a fast-paced environment, enjoy multitasking, and take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere, this could be the perfect fit.

Qualifications:

• Weekend availability is required
• Minimum 1 year of bussing or barista experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
• Knowledge of service etiquette (steps of service, right of way, backhanding, table maintenance)
• Basic barista skills, including espresso prep, milk steaming, and crafting standard coffee drinks
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
