We are seeking a dynamic, motivated FOOD RUNNER & BUSSER with a passion for hospitality to join our team at a premier, high-volume Sushi Restaurant.

Candidates should ideally have some prior experience, but open to training any enthusiastic individual. We are looking for candidates with attention to detail, ability to work with a team, a sense of urgency and follow through, and most importantly, a positive attitude. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Run food from the kitchen and deliver food to guest’s tables in timely manner.
• Clear table after guests leave, clean table tops, chairs and booths. Check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletop.
• Respond immediately and appropriately to guest requests. Communicate these requests to server immediately.
• Communicate with server, host and manager to assure efficient seating, table utilization and guest service.
• Thank guests as they are leaving.

• Maintain a high level of personal cleanliness and immaculate uniform presentation.

• Be a team player; help out fellow staff whenever possible.
