Bellecour, Gavin Kaysen’s French-influenced bistro in the North Loop neighborhood of Downtown Minneapolis, is looking for a Part-Time Server (weekend availability is a must) who embodies the restaurant's culture of genuine hospitality. Servers are expected to take ownership of every guest’s experience, have a high level of emotional intelligence, and deliver thoughtful, welcoming, and professional service. They must have a strong, confident presence at the table and a comprehensive knowledge of food, wine and spirits.

Required Skill Set and Knowledge:

  • Ability to think and communicate clearly in high pressure situations
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ingredients and cooking techniques
  • Comprehensive knowledge of wine and wine service
  • Comprehensive knowledge of cocktail ingredients and techniques
  • Ability to confidently make food and beverage pairing recommendations
Benefits:
  • Paid Time Off (PTO), in accordance with Minnesota's Earned Sick and Safe Time law, is accrued at a rate of 1 hour per 30 hours worked and is available for use as soon as it is accrued.
