About the Role:
The Packer is responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing and packaging all wholesale goods. This role ensures that products meet Easy Tiger’s quality standards, maintains a clean and organized workspace, and supports smooth daily bakery operations.

Essential Functions:

• Pack and prepare wholesale orders according to schedule

• Ensure all products meet Easy Tiger’s quality standards

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe packing stations

• Complete HACCP, cleaning, and temperature logs as assigned

• Assist with inventory, labeling, and restocking packing materials

• Communicate product shortages or issues to supervisors promptly

• Support teammates as needed to maintain smooth production

• Follow all FDA, State, and City of Austin Health Department standards

• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active Food Handler’s Certification required

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• Experience in food production, retail, or hospitality preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
