Bianca, a wood-fired neighborhood restaurant from James Beard Award-winning Chef Tim Cushman and Nancy Cushman, is seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef or Chef to join our team. Located in The Street shopping center in Chestnut Hill, Bianca features an open kitchen with a wood-burning pizza oven and grill, and serves bold, globally inspired cuisine.

Ideal Candidate Are:

• leaders in the kitchen with 1+ years experience in that role

• Skilled in labor, inventory, and cost control

• Calm, positive, and professional under pressure

• Passionate about food, standards, and systems

• ServSafe certified or willing to obtain
