We are seeking a passionate and disciplined Pastry Cook for PM service to join our team and work under a celebrated chef in an environment where ingredients, technique, passion, and genuine collaboration come together in every dish.

Desired qualifications:
- 1+ years of pastry experience in reputable high-volume restaurants
- Passion for Italian cuisine, classic techniques, and impeccable execution
- Experience in dessert, ice cream, and pastry production
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail in plating
- Capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining the highest quality standards
- The ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
