The Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across all levels of management for Quality Branded. This in-office role partners closely with Operations, Marketing, and Human Resources to identify management staffing needs, strengthen the employer brand, and ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience. The Recruiter plays a key role in building strong talent pipelines that support the company’s growth, culture, brand pillars and commitment to hospitality excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR Director and hiring managers to understand staffing needs for management roles across Quality Branded.
  • Post job openings and maintain accurate, compelling job descriptions across recruiting platforms.
  • Assist with hourly recruitment for new restaurant openings, open calls and as needed.
  • Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, community outreach, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule further interviews with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and track the recruitment process from initial contact through offer acceptance.
  • Conduct regular wage band audits by benchmarking against the competitive set to ensure market alignment and support equitable, competitive compensation practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process.
  • Represent the company as a brand ambassador, promoting its culture, brand pillars, and career opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular updates on hiring progress to senior leadership.
  • Keep up to date with the latest recruitment and industry trends.
  • Support career fairs, hospitality school partnerships, and community recruiting initiatives.
  • Work with HR Managers, IT & Operations to coordinate onboarding ensuring smooth transitions for new hires.

Position Requirements:

  • Passion for hospitality, food, and team building.
  • Existing network or industry connections within hospitality.
  • Results-driven with strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

  • 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in restaurants or hospitality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online job boards.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
