Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Bagel Roller to join our team. This role is essential to producing our signature stuffed bagels with consistency, speed, and care. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. No prior bagel experience required—we’ll teach you the craft.

Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Hand-roll and shape stuffed bagels to company standards for presentation, size, weight, and consistency.
• Follow standardized recipes and portion guidelines.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals while upholding quality.
• Assist with dough preparation and handling as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Support other prep and cleaning tasks as needed.

Requirements

The essential job requirements include, but are not limited to the following:

• Full time availability; early morning and weekends are required
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to following standardized procedures.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Prior dough experience is required.
• Ability to work quickly and consistently with hands-on food preparation.
• Passion for creating an exceptional experience for our team and guests
• Enthusiasm and willingness to help the team succeed whenever necessary
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Be at least 18 years old
