S.K.Y. 2.0 is seeking a talented and motivated Lead Pastry Cook to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced pastry professional to take a leadership role in a creative, growth-focused kitchen.
What We’re Looking For:

2–3 years of professional pastry experience, preferably in a lead prep role.

Strong sense of urgency, organization, and ownership over a station.

Ability to lead all prep for plated dinner desserts as well as brunch pastry production.

A collaborative mindset and a desire to grow into a leadership position — this is a management-in-training role with the goal of moving into a Junior Sous Chef position.
Compensation:
-
Starting at $21–$23 per hour, with merit-based raises and opportunities for advancement.
