• 1+ year of pasty experience, preferably in a high volume or fine dining setting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bake pastry items according to pre-established recipes
• Decorate pastries in a consistent style
• Follow plating and display standards
• Follow portion standards
• Maintain inventory of prepped ingredients
• Properly label and store ingredients
• Keep kitchen area and tools clean
