We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our James Beard award winning team at one of our D.C Michelin starred restaurants: Rose’s Luxury, Little Pearl, and Pineapple and Pearls, and Extra Fancy, our international events company.

The Operations Coordinator is a critical role that assists the Director of Strategic Operations through office administration and hands-on projects to support the overall day-to-day operations and one-off projects for our various teams and departments.

This is a diverse position that requires an independent and responsible individual with an emphasis on team-work. This person has incredible organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong computer skills and spreadsheet capabilities are required. Their success relies heavily on spatial awareness, time management, and communication.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Spreadsheet creation and maintenance
  • Data analytics and sales reporting
  • Project management around digital marketing program
  • Coordination of large travel and event logistics
  • Logistics and organization for various aspects of the business
  • Ordering and budget management
  • Assist with business development projects
  • Execution of key business initiatives to streamline operation
