We're looking for a Daytime Floor Manager to join the team at our brand-new restaurant & lounge in the East Village. If you're a hands-on leader with a knack for keeping operations running smoothly and a passion for hospitality, we want to hear from you.

As our Daytime Floor Manager, you'll be the backbone of our front-of-house operations from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Your day will be dynamic and involve a mix of essential tasks:

- Process payroll through Toast – Experience with Toast payroll is absolutely essential for this role.

- Print and assemble new menus – You'll ensure our menus are always fresh, accurate, and looking sharp.

- Manage liquor inventory – Keeping track of our spirits, bitters, and beer is key to our success.

- Order front-of-house supplies – From office essentials to bar necessities, you'll make sure we're always stocked.

- Oversee timely payments – Help ensure all our vendors and suppliers are paid promptly.

- Bartending and creating drinks is a big plus.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational skills and a strong work ethic. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and ready to jump right in with our existing team.
