About the Role: Kilgore Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our new Outdoor Kiosk Bar located in Redwood Park, with light oversight of the 48th Floor Bar within the iconic Transamerica Pyramid.

This is a full-time position ideal for a motivated individual with a strong background in bar operations, team leadership, and administrative execution. The Outlet Manager will report directly to the Director of Food & Beverage and play a key role in launching and leading the kiosk operation while maintaining support for existing beverage service upstairs.

This role is centered on executing high-quality, fast-paced service in an outdoor setting while ensuring consistency, compliance, and elevated guest experiences in a casual-luxury format.

Key Responsibilities: Outdoor Kiosk Bar

• Lead the launch and daily operations of the kiosk bar.

• Ensure consistent beverage quality and compliance with health and safety standards.

• Act as the primary on-site lead during kiosk service hours.

• Uphold casual-luxury hospitality standards while maintaining efficiency in a high-volume, outdoor environment.

48th Floor Bar (Light Oversight)

• Support adherence to existing SOPs and service consistency.

• Collaborate with the Director on occasional operational needs or team support.

Administrative & Team Management

• Build and manage weekly staffing schedules.

• Conduct inventory tracking and coordinate with vendors for restocking.

• Support team training and development, aligning with Kilgore’s service culture.

• Maintain administrative documentation, including labor tracking and communication logs.

• Liaise with leadership teams to ensure alignment across service, presentation, and operational standards.
