Le Grand Restaurant is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our team at our new location in Dallas, Texas! If you’re passionate about hospitality, leadership, and creating exceptional dining experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

🔹 Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction
🔹 Lead and mentor a team, fostering a positive and professional work environment
🔹 Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals, including sales and profitability targets
🔹 Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
🔹 Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and cost control
🔹 Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and service
🔹 Drive community engagement and brand awareness to establish Le Grand as a premier dining destination

Qualifications:

✔ Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant setting
✔ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ Knowledge of restaurant technology and POS systems
