Responsibilities:

  • Manage reservations through Resy, ensuring accuracy and efficient table allocation.
  • Answer guest inquiries via OpenPhone and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Confirm reservations within 24 hours, following up on special requests.
  • Handle large party bookings (10+ guests) by obtaining management approval before finalizing.
  • Process private event inquiries, inform the guest that a manager will follow up, and log details accordingly.
  • Communicate seating arrangements and updates with the front-of-house team.
  • Maintain an organized reservation system, ensuring smooth table turnover and guest flow.

Requirements:

  • Experience in reservations, customer service, or front-of-house roles preferred.
  • Familiarity with Resy and OpenPhone is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and reliable.
