We are looking for a hard worker with a passion for baking, excellent time-management skills, patience, dedication, and a desire to work and learn. Candidates must be able to safely lift 25-50lbs. ServSafe certification is required. This is a labor intensive job with repetitive tasks.<br><br>Full Time Job<br>- Moday-Friday 5:30am start time</p> <p>Bakery Production:</p> <ul> <li>Operate 140q mixer</li> <li>Mix different types of cookies, banana bread and other desserts following existing recipe's</li> <li>Measure Ingredients for mixing</li> <li>Make and pack ganache and frosting</li> <li>Unload materials and equipment deliveries </li> <li>Work with mixing staff to create new recipe's </li> <li>Lift heavy objects</li> <li>Help maintain a professional and clean environment</li> <li>Wash dishes</li> <li>Achieve consistency by weighing dough balls using a scale</li> <li>Assist production team with operating VMAG machine, dough ball cutter and flow wrapper</li> <li>Assist in packing and wrapping cookies, banana breads and other desserts</li> <li>Assist filling cookies with different fillings</li> <li>Ability to stand for prolonged periods or entire shift</li> <li>Speaks English and or Spanish</li> </ul> </div> </div></section>
