About the Role...
- Represent the company in a professional manner in all FTE, client, and team member interactions. Interact with FTE’s and resolve any complaints in a service oriented manner
- Ensure efficient rotation of food and drink selections in the Micro-Kitchen
- Follow Yarzin Sella standards to prepare Micro Kitchen, food, beverage and service items.
- Ensure that all food items have clear identifiers or menus
- Greet FTE’s as they arrive, and interact with them during their visit to ensure client satisfaction
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and articulate accurate descriptions to FTE’s and client
- Communicate and coordinate any offering changes with team. If needed, prepare items.
- Keep micro-kitchen surface areas and tables clean and free of debris
- Responsible for ensuring proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of proper serving temperatures - follows HACCP standards
- Maintain sanitation and order of all equipment, supplies and utensils
Who We Are Looking For...
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to stand continuously throughout an 8-hour shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable bending, climbing, reaching, stooping, and moving quickly
- Ability to interact with a high volume of FTE’s in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work with minimal supervision or direct instruction
- Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
